My name is Stephen Johnson, I am an accreditated energy asssesor based in Norwich providing energy performance certifictates to homeowners, landlords, estate agents, letting agents, renewable energy companies and the housing association.

 

I have over 10 years surveying experience within the property and building industries which merges well with the energy performance market.

I am able to attend, within 48 hours to your urgent requirements and cover a wide geographical area to support my clients.

As an energy efficiency assesor, I look to provide practical advice on any energy efficiency improvements suggested by the completed energy performace certificate (EPC)

Services are provided by me within the professional guidelines established by the Department for Communities and Local Government and monitored by my accreditated body Elmhurst Energy.
